Cold waves in northern Indian states affect hundreds of thousands of homeless and displaced people each year. The Society of Bright Future under the domain of disaster management engages with the poor community during the winters under its Winter Relief Programme.
The Programme was launched by SBF with the aim of providing relief to the needy from the winter disaster ‘cold waves. The beneficiaries are provided with blankets and quilts to survive the harshness of winters across the northern Indian states.
The SBF divisions all over India have successfully distributed as much as 2.22 lac blankets and quilts in the last one decade (2012-2022).
On 8th December We organised our Launching Program at RWA office in Abul Fazal and distributed 50 Blankets to the Needy one in this Program Many prominent guests including Mr. MS Zoha (Dicector, CASTA Group), Mr. Shafi Madni (Treasurer, SBF), Mr. Mohd Asif (RWA President) and Mr. Irfan Ahmad (National Coordinator, SBF) who guided us with their precious words, appreciating SBF’s works.
Dr. Amir Jamal (Volunteer Coordinator) conducted this program Mr. Marghoob (Incharge of Project Rahat) gave vote of thanks to guest and Mr. Zahid Afzal, Mr. Mohd Imran, and the volunteers of Delhi played an important role to make this program successful.
