𝐒𝐁𝐅 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐥 𝐕𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐠𝐞 (𝐃𝐑𝐌𝐕), 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐚

Mr. Maqbul Ahmad Anarwala, IPS (Retd) President, Society for Bright Future visited DRMV Bandia, the eroded sites of Tangini River, and the lowland areas.He gave valuable suggestions on controlling riverbank erosion. He inspected the newly constructed bamboo bridge and high-rise handpump site of DRMV.A Coordination committee meeting was also held in the Chairman’s office with Mr. Maqbul Ahmad Anarwala.Mr. Irfan Ahmad, National Coordinator, SBF, Mr. Shahnawaz Khan, Mahmuda Sultana, President Bandia Panchyat, Dr. Sahabuddin Ahmed, Assat Professor, Mangaldai College, Nabir Ali, Head Master, Manjurl Alam Block Employee, and other members of DRMV coordination committee were present.Deliberations were held about livelihood development programmes and measures to control bankside erosion. It was decided to stock safety gears like boats, life jackets, ropes, etc at DRMV Bandia.
