A one-day workshop for women on “Domestic Risk Management” was organized by Society for Bright Future, on 11 February, 2018 at The Scholar School, Jamia Nagar, New Delhi. 183 women took part in the workshop. On this occasion, Chief Guest Dr. Farheen Malik (Member, Delhi Women for Commission) and Special Guest, Manisha Bhalla (Senior Journalist, Outloook), Dr. Sharnas Muthu (General Secretary, Women’s Manifesto), Mrs. Shahista Rifat (Convener, Women’s Wing, JIH, Delhi), Mr. Rafeek Ahmad (Secretary, SBF), Mr. Irfan Ahmad (National Coordinator, SBF), Mr. Atif Habib (Coordinator, SBF) and Trainers from Civil Defence were present in the program. The program was conducted by Mohd. Saquib (Convener, SBF Delhi). Trainers gave the training to women about how to defence yourself in an unfavorable situation, how to give first aid at home and how to control fire at home.
