TOT Workshop of Society for Bright Future (23rd – 28th Nov, 2015)

On 28th November 2015, at D-321, Abul Fazal Enclave, Jamia Nagar, New Delhi, Society for Bright Future has successfully completed its Training of Trainers (TOT) Workshop on Disaster Management. From last 6 days, 35 participants from 7 States i.e. Chhattisgarh, Punjab, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Delhi & Uttar Pradesh were getting training by the experts of Civil Defence in order to train them on a National Level so that they can train others also. Many participants were Doctor, Lawyer, Engineer, Physiotherapist, Teacher etc. The purpose of this workshop was to train these participants who came all over from North India was to prepare themselves as volunteers of Society for Bright Future who can work at any level in a disastrous situations like flood, earthquake etc. Many Disaster Management topics were covered in this workshop i.e., first aid, fire fighting, bandages, animal bites, rescue operation etc. The participants had learned the techniques of fractures & bleeding, what should we do and what shouldn’t we do in different situations of disasters. There was a mega drill organized on the 5th day of workshop on the basis of learned topics in past 4 days by the participants.
On the last day of workshop i.e. 28th Nov 2015, Awards & Certificates cum Closing Ceremony of Training of Trainers Workshop organized by Society for Bright Future. The Chief Guests Sh.Kishan Kumar, SDM Civil Defence, Sh.Rajinder Kapoor, Sr.Chief Warden, Civil Defence, South-east dist., Jb. Rafeek Ahmed sb., Secretary, SBF, Jb. Abdulnafih Sb., CEO, SBF, these were present at the ceremony.
