On May 3, 2024, the houses of 40 to 60 families living on the banks of Bans Ghat beyond Patna Golghar were burned to ashes. As soon as the incident was known, the team of the Society for Bright Future Patna (four volunteers) went to Bans Ghat and met the affected families. During this observation visit, the SBF team informed the head office that the houses of about 60 families have been burned, in which most of the people are doing business on the handcart, and their entire business has been ruined. An elderly person has been injured due to this fire, and a dog has died due to burning.

It is known that the teams of all the districts of Society for a Bright Future (Bihar) are playing an active role in this hour of disaster in all the districts. Shakib Izhar, Mohammad Naseem Alam, Mohammad Owais Salik, and Mohammad Arzoo (State Convener, SBF Bihar) were present during this observation visit.
