On 12th September, 2023, an impactful awareness program on flood preparedness and disaster mitigation was conducted by the SDRF and Fire Force of Dhubri District, in collaboration with Society for Bright Future (SBF). This event took place at B.N College in Dhubri and drew a commendable gathering of 800 students.
The dedication of Mr. Mithun Roy, Director SDRF Dhubri District, Mr. Mofarsel Sarkar from the DDMA Project Office, Mr. Dhruba chakraborty, the principle of B. N College college, Ashraful Hoque, District convenor SBF, and 12 volunteers from SBF played a pivotal role in ensuring the success of this event. Aim of this program to foster a sense of community resilience and preparedness among the students and attendees, empowering them to take proactive steps in disaster situations.
