Yesterday 3rd September 2023, Society for Bright Future conducted a disaster management workshop at CTAG premises and students from two different colleges, Jamia Hamdard and St. Albert College, Kerala Joined in.
During the workshop, attendees had the opportunity to learn essential techniques for disaster risk reduction, mitigation, and fire safety. Two distinguished speakers, Mr. Suresh Kumar from the Civil Defense expert in Delhi and Mr. Faiyaz Iqbal, the Project Coordinator at SBF, delivered informative sessions.
Mr. Suresh Kumar shared his expertise on safety techniques crucial during various disaster situations. Meanwhile, Mr. Faiyaz Iqbal provided insights into social issues, climate change, and the vital role of individual volunteers during disasters.
At the end of the workshop, all participants got certificates. These workshops play a pivotal role in preparing us to face unforeseen challenges.
