A two-day National Review and Planning Workshop of Society for Bright Future (SBF) was organized on 7th and 8th August 2021 for State Conveners and Asst. Conveners at Abul Fazal Enclave, New Delhi. Mr. Muazzam Naik, Secretary, Society for Bright Future welcomed the delegates and also spoke on the topic of Communication and Coordination – Challenges and Issues. Mr. Maqbool Ahmad Anarwala Retd. IPS, President of Society for Bright Future spoke on Volunteers Ethics and Responsibility. Mr. Amir Khan Sherwani, Social Activist gave a presentation on Social Issues and the Art of Engaging Civil Society. The State Conveners presented the annual report of activities in their respective states for the year 2020-21. After review and reports, plans and strategy for next year were chalked out under the supervision of Mr. Irfan Ahmad, National Coordinator, SBF, and Mr. Amir Jamal, Volunteers Coordinator, SBF. The State Conveners/Asst. Conveners presented the strategy and planning for their states.
On the second day of the meet, Mr. Shoaib Islam, Field Investigator, WHO gave a lecture on “As an NGO How to Engage Civil Society?” Mr. T. Arif Ali, Chairman, Vision Governing Council spoke on the topic “A Civilized Society – Role of Selfless Volunteering”. He also interacted with the participants. Mr. Suresh Kumar, Civil Defense, Delhi gave a lecture on the topic “SOP for any Disaster Call.” With the closing remarks of Mr. Makbul Ahmad Anarwala, President, SBF, the two-day meet came to conclusion.
