This week, heavy rains have devastated parts of Gujarat, causing severe flooding, disrupting utilities, and displacing thousands. Tragically, at least 28 lives have been lost, and more rain is expected.
In response, our SBF Volunteers, led by Mr. Altaf Shaikh, have been on the ground in Jamnagar, distributing essential relief materials to those affected.
Another team, headed by Mr. Ismail Rajput from the SBF Ahmedabad area core, is working tirelessly in the flood-hit areas around Ahmedabad, in collaboration with partner organizations.
We stand with the people of Gujarat during this challenging time and are committed to providing ongoing support.
