In DRMV Bandia Village, Assam North, Safikul Islam, the Village Coordinator for SBF, organized a community-level First Aid Training Program. The session, held at Tangni River, Bandia, Assam North, drew around sixty villagers eager to participate. During the training program, participants received instruction on essential first aid techniques, including basic wounds care, CPR, and emergency response procedure.
Notable attendees included Mr. Anowar Hussain, an Aapda Mitra Volunteer from DDMA Darrang, Gaon Pradhan Suruj Ali, and local ASHA workers Malensha Begum and Nurjahan Begum. Bandia GP Supervisor Moriyom Begum also contributed as a Resource Person. These distinguished personalities engaged in discussions that enriched the learning experience. Their collective expertise and perspectives contributed to a robust exchange of ideas, enhancing the depth and practicality of the first aid training.
The event received valuable support from local volunteers Hamidur Rahman and Golap Ali, enhancing the success and impact of the training program.
